The short version

WhiteLister stores only the server settings and whitelist records needed to run the bot. We do not sell personal information.

Data the bot uses

  • Discord server, channel, member, and message IDs.
  • Discord usernames or tags included with whitelist records.
  • Minecraft usernames submitted through the whitelist panel.
  • Server settings, usage limits, bans, and RCON connection details.

Why it is used

The data lets WhiteLister add and remove Minecraft accounts, apply account limits, and send audit logs chosen by server administrators.

Storage and sharing

Configuration and whitelist records are stored by the service operator. RCON passwords are never shown in bot replies. Data may pass through Discord and the hosting providers needed to operate the service, but it is not sold for advertising.

Retention and requests

Records are kept while they are needed to provide the service or until they are reset or deletion is requested. Server administrators can reset tracked whitelist usage through the bot.
